    Heavenly Pool Supplies is committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience.

    Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Shipping Locations

    We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

    Free Shipping

    We offer free shipping on most orders over $99 to the continental United States. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery. Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total. Any shipping costs will be clearly disclosed before checkout.

    Shipping Costs

    For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Exact costs are displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

    Estimated Delivery Time

    Delivery timeframes vary by location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email. For freight shipments, tracking updates may be limited depending on the carrier.

    Delivery and Inspection

    Upon delivery, inspect your package for any visible damage before signing. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Do not attempt to use or install damaged equipment before contacting us.

    Large or Oversized Items

    Some items such as large pool heaters, filters, or automation systems may require freight shipping. If your order requires freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside only.

    Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays. Additional shipping or re-delivery costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer.
